Guys and Girls,

Just chasing a high quality trans shop in Perth metro, preferrably NOR but will travel if they are quality.

I need to get my 4 speed completely flushed and re-filled with synthetic and the usual filter change... Its obvisouly not a hard job, but I want to make sure that whoever is doing it does exactly as asked.

Look forward to responses

Try Baileys Automatics in Balcatta. I have not used them but a mate of mine has with his XR6t.

They manufacture a billet servo for the BTR and they do valve body mods so I figure they must have at least played around with them.

Still doesn't mean they are any good but should be better than your average Joe.

Well I've booked it into Baileys for this Saturday, serivce and flush with synthetic, price is mid $300s I think he said.

Had a friend with a tough VL V8 have his box built by them and he praised them all the time.

Better make sure the old girl starts, she was flat as a tack the other night :bye:

Went well, took about 3hrs to get through the job.

Old fluid was starting to burn, was darkening and a slight burnt smell.

Speckles of metal throughout the filter but he said that's normal wear and tear, no band material so he was happy with the box.
