It just gets redone on an annual bases at a cost of $88. Seen the product on a black rx8 and it realy looks the part. The selling pitch is, that is protects the paint from sun fading, damage from bird crap-tree sap and even light acid rain and bore water. Just wet and wipe off the crap with no adverse staining.Has anybody got this gear on their car and what is it like.It comes in a package ofPaint protectionWindow tintingFabric protectionAnti rust sacrificial anode protection -- for $1550, on special, usual price$2200Cheers Dave g

It's all crap.My brother got " paint protection " on his Maloo, and after it's first wash the water was barely sheeting at all, protection my ass!Buy yourself a good sealent ( I'll recomend you some of you want ) for like $30-$40 and you'll be able to keep the car protected for ages.

Dent doctor will pop most out for about $50-80 anyways...otherwise use something like Meg's #21...read this thread I did... might help...http://www.fordxr6turbo.com/forum/index.ph...;hl=polished+F6Only thing ive done since is wash it a few times, and wiped over with a coat of wax every 3rd wash, so about once every 6 weeks...After 6 months Ill go over and do it all again, but only cos the car has spent a bit of time outside under some trees...Good luck either way mate...

Like the rest said .. it'll probably cost you less doing it yourself. If you do go with .. ask if you are able to watch them do it. My bro use to work for a car yard that did the protection and more often then not the guys just don't cover the WHOLE car.
