You have not done anything. The default user is set to 0% which is not warned.

This however can change as time goes past :D

There seem to be five squares in the warning thingy. Does that mean you can get a maximum of 5 warnings or 'strikes' (100%), and then you are out. Presumably something really bad would get more than one strike in one hit?

As far as I can see, we can only do one level at a time, or ban a user straight off.

We can always go in and warn a user a second, third, fourth, etc time.

There are 10 levels of warning, I assume 2 warnings will light one box up.

As Chris mentioned, you guys are all a friendly bunch, and I don't see the need for Moderators using it that often.
