November 11, 200817 yr #1 well its just about been 1year since I first got my T and my licence back. on the way home from work I come onto the on ramp from penrith city bound, 2 slow cars n 1 big truck merging so I pull out (not unsafely there was no cars) didnt hit boost, didnt dose nothing just getting around the cars. then I seen the red demon about 7 car lengths back with the flashing lights 135 in 110 he tells me, fair enough I copped it, handled it nicely, treated him with respect took the fine n was on my way. HOWEVER how did he clock me? he did not have a hand held he was pretty far behind me driving, do the typhoon unmarked have a radar on the dash? I asked to see it but he said have a nice day? I dont have a problem with it, I sped I was caught, just curiouse as I wasnt aware they could tell how fast you were goin while they were moving too.
November 11, 200817 yr #3 Author even when my licence is gone n im on my scooter itl still blow away your car boost
November 11, 200817 yr #4 ok ok sorry I wont laugh no more.... u might get lucky n him not send it... doubt it but
November 11, 200817 yr #6 I know in Victoria by law you are entitled to view the radar detector...you could of argued the speed you were clocked at was not 135km/h if he had no proof you were doing that speed....you can take it further but may be pointless.Or Maybe the radar was showing more than 135...and why he never showed you,is it just a fine or loss of licence? He may have put you in the bracket that you dont lose your licence for a month as the case in Victoria
November 11, 200817 yr #10 Author I have 2 points on my licence cuz they were takin of from the last time, so 15 n over.. 3 points its gone, but maybe I can delay it enough until january til I get my full licence not to keen to take it further, I got done oh well, just wondering how lol was he bluffin or what? he was never closer than 7 cars before I breaked so he cudn ov used his speedo as a acurate guidego f*ck yourself boost!! haha you lose out here to!
