Paint Chips

Hi everyone,

I've recently purchased a BF xr6t in bionic blue.

Now, I take the best care of my car, but unfortunately today I nicked another car on the end of the drivers door leaving a small chip right on the end of the door about the same level as the door handle..

Is it work touching up or just leaving it?

Also, opinions on stone chips etc on front, and same question.....

Yeah why not touch it up, it won't look perfect but it will look alot better.

And regarding stone chips on your front bar, don't bother, you'll just keep getting them. Especially if it's a daily.

I'd rather touch up any stone chip rather than leave it, as sometimes water can get under the paint and corrode the steel, then the only answer is a repaint to fix it.

If you can see the metal deffinitlley touch it up as it will start to rust eventually. if there is still paint or primer underneath no real need except to make it look better.
