It ended up being about 21 front and 20 rear that had a nice balance however this is on a 800kg car running 15x8 slicks so it will be different again for your XR running 1600kg(?) and 17/18" slicks.No experience with the semi slicks but would say start about the high 20's and go from there. I have used that pressre twice now and it seems good.
