Hey guys,

Just wondering since my old BA s silver paint has lifted and bubbled a little around the shifter (Auto) is it possible to fit a BF shifter with the nice leather boot or is the cabling etc all different??

I would say the gear selector is different becasue it is a different gearbox, so the linkage (or whatever its called) is in a different location

I have a simillar question I have a bf mk2 xr6 with a 4 speed just wondering if I could change the selector with one of the newer bf designs.

bump.. I understand what senna said at the top about the linkages but can it be done? from a crap ba shifter to a nice bf II shifter
