Typhoon Base Power Figures..

hey, just wanted to know what other people got on base power run. I got 236.4 rwkw and I spoke to sumone on the weekend and they told me hes never seen a typhoon pull that kind of power stock.

that's about on the money mate, most BF's pulled between 230 and 240, my BA F6 pulled 233 on one dyno and 220 on another, its just a figure, take it down the quarter in stock form to see the mph you get... you should pull anywhere from 104-109

yeah that is more likly my next step.. never been to a strip b4.. what kind of times is that approx?

it depends on your launch , what 60 foot you can achieve my best was 13.46 at 106mph with a crap 2.0 60 foot time, couldn't get it to launch any better on the dunlops .

A BF 6 sp auto should pull constant 1.8, 1.9 60ft if launched well so a low 13 should be on the cards.. just practice I guess if you have the time..

never mate.. only been once in the F6, I use to go a lot when I had my 200 sx at least every second wednesday but now im too busy running my business

also.. what gear do the tuners run the cars in on the dyno?

4th in a manual as it's a 1:1 ratio. Dunno about auto though, I don't think they have a 1:1 ratio gear.

For a stock BF F6, you'd be looking at 108-109mph. mph indicates power, the ET shows you how good you were at getting out of the hole. That's the way I think of it anyway.
