August 21, 200818 yr #31 BNB is probably not a good example They have now appointed Nosworthy as their chairman, same chick that is chairman of the Qld Water Comission...who's performance is measured on the fact that it rained! Wonder what little tricks she has up her sleave to save Babcock; doing a rain dance won’t help a great deal. But anyway let me give these CFD thingos a try with some of your money hey? 10k to start...promise I'll look after it
August 21, 200818 yr #32 ...let me give these CFD thingos a try with some of your money hey?How about we use our mutual knowledge to formulate a guaranteed-to-win scenario and we both invest our own money and cheer as a result. BMN aka Bannanaman is my speccy to ride. They deal in cryptonite or something equally powerful.
August 21, 200818 yr #33 "guaranteed-to-win"? There'd be a different picture over here if it was that easy!<-----with interests in two properties in Namibia and a number of properties in Botswana and AustraliaFairly low-risk that f*cker! Mineral of the future though I guess idn't it.
August 23, 200818 yr #35 Author well I decided to put more money into the ASSOB company I previously mentioned.. reason for that is they signed the Wiggles for full digital distribution around the world which was the main winner for me... but as is everything, its a risk..I think there is only a few spots left too if people want to know more.. HERE
August 23, 200818 yr #36 I Australia's recorded history it's closer to 7 years. 7.3 I think.Melbourne properties have doubled on average every 9.3 years since it became a city if you do the exact math. I helped run some investment seminars recently and we use that stat every time, however over the past 10 years some have doubled in 7 years depending on which year the property was bought and it's location and suburb age, which brings the figure down a few point-something years Confused yet?
August 23, 200818 yr #39 Trent (I only say that when I'm mad), don't look down upon the world because you're from Brisvegas. Actually, where they hell are you guys on the property price scale? The last time I was in the market up there, it was substantially less than Melbourne. I'm simple though, so that'd probably false information.
