Those ford dealers... funny people... there could be a volcano erupting under your hood and they will say "cant here anything" that's normal..

Yeah that's true, youve just got to keep bringing it back , I had a problem with the power steering shudder when turning at low speeds it had been in there 7 times for the same thing and its still not right. its worth trying ford first just incase its a common fault

warranty with ford is a serious problem and a joke... I cant believe and I have investigated this that there is no body that you can contact at Ford head office that can actually step in and hold a dealerships accountable for stuffing sh*t up. I took my car to Elsternwick President Ford 3 times complaining about transmission problems with my T56 - car is now only 5 months old - and all 3 times ... nah that's normal mate its a ford that's what they do. I ended up putting a complaint through to ford head office who only suggest to take it to another dealership then call you a few times to make you think they really care... such a wank feature... anyway... Took it to Ethridge ford another two times and now finally have a new transmission on order and am waiting to get it fitted as we speak!

Problem is that its unacceptable that one should have to pay $45,000 for a car and out of the 5 months of owning it, its only run right for the first month. its a joke!

In my case I have proof that the president ford shoved foreign objects (spounge) around the gear stick above the tranmission to obsorbe the massive vibrations! I have called Ford HO and they couldnt help me out in the slightest with my issues!
