Is there a noticable difference on the dyno between auto and manual?

You've just really tempted me to get Nizpro to dyno mine stock. What does it usually cost for 1 run?

Any difference between an auto and manual?

Manuals generally dyno a tad higher. For what its worth, mine went 253 stock on the Nizpro dyno back in April 06.

JESUS! YOU SERIOUS?

that's nuts! I can only hope for an output like that!

yeah, grain of salt required though I guess. As most dudes here will tell you, its really only an indicator of power, the true test being the mph at the end of a 1/4 mile run. BF F6s have known to do 109mph stock after a 400m dash.
