It would also already have 12VDC right there that was for the clock.Someone must of done this..... ? Would be a great molding exercise instead of the gauges. These come with a 12v car adaptor im pretty sure. It normally runs on a 8.4v battery pack I think from memory. https://buy.garmin.com/shop/shop.do?cID=156&pID=6399https://buy.garmin.com/shop/shop.do?pID=1042 Link to comment https://www.fordxr6turbo.com/forum/topic/42198-anybody-seen-a-gps-mounted-where-the-fpv-gauges-are/#findComment-627744 Share on other sites
DORKO Member 340 Member For: 18y 3m 5d Gender: Male Location: Perth Posted 30/01/08 12:02 PM Share Posted 30/01/08 12:02 PM I have a Garmin Nuvi 310. It is mounted on the drivers side above the air vent. The wire is hard wired thru the vent. Cost me $40. Now all I do when I park, is click the garmin off and put it in my wifes hand bag. No cutting into the dash. Clean and simple.I can take a picture tomorrow if you want?Dorko Link to comment https://www.fordxr6turbo.com/forum/topic/42198-anybody-seen-a-gps-mounted-where-the-fpv-gauges-are/#findComment-627752 Share on other sites

I keep mine down infront of the useless tissuebox holder..
