I also went with the Stealth for two reasons. 1) the quality of the GFB gear is awesome. You just have to pick one up and handle it for a few minutes to appreciate the machining tolerances, use of quality materials etc. And 2) I wanted the option of full PB or full atmo. As much as I love my throttled rooster sound, I also find it tedious at times and having the option of a completely silent car is worth the extra cost of the stealth. The valves and fittings are not the biggest around but then keeping a decent amount of boost at the butterfly is essential for throttle response and minimising lag (If you are reading this Simon - I finally understand why Nizpro dont supply BOVs as standard - I can minimise it by running the stealth at full atmo and the spring screwed down to the hardest setting - like not having a BOV at all in other words. You were right!) To compensate for the small fittings on the Universal Stealth I replaced the base with a 38mm one and also replaced the PB with the 33mm fitting. Both available as accessories from GFB.

hi, u can get one specific for the xr6T that bolts right on in place of the factory bosh unit. u dont need any adaptors !

you can bold them straight on. Get a GFB one. If you dont get the stealth FX, you can get adapters that suit the xr6t

I just put a Turbosmart Kompact on mine. it fits straight into the old hoses. not too much dicking around. paid something like $350 for it... its f..king loud if your gunning it though... but it lets retards know not to try and drag you...

I purchased the GFB Stealth FX last night, should come in the mail in about 5 days.

I've had my mates one fitted to my car before and it sounded sweet.

Will maybe get videos if it picks up the sound properly.

not to get side tracked or anything but im getting my center muffler removed tommorw morning, after that's done ill try n get some video footage of my T to see what it sounds like.

it sounds abit strange if your runing the stock exhaust system + a BOV I rekon ! all u hear is ".................................PSHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!" instead of a "BrMmmmmmmMmBmMrmmm...PSHH!!!"

I installed my stealth FX on the weekend. Sounds unreal. I am venting 100% to atmosphere.

There is a guy selling a 200SX one off ebay for $280 delivered. I called GFB and they said that all you need to do is to change the adapter. The parts (including delivery) was $52. So I managed to pick one up, fully delivered for $332, which is much cheaper than $540!

They are very easy to install, all you need to do is to pick up a section of 25mmID tubing to extend it a little. It is quite tight to install.

Looks sweet and sounds unreal. If you keep the revs below about 2000, it wont blow off but anything above that, you just smile. Sweeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeet.

Yup easy as to install. I installed mine last week after it arrived. I didn't use the blue silicon hose that was provided in the kit, I had lots of the correct size tubing in black so I just cut a new section up in black. Mines 100% full atmos too, and my spring is about 1/3 tension. I found that if I had it too tight, it wouldnt vent till higher rpm (which isnt too bad) but it would really dose (flutter) a lot till it actually vented at the higher RPM's.. I prefer mine to vent around 2500-3000rpm upwards.
