u modified the fan blades

they will be shakin' like an ass in a rap video!

yep... we had too. The new pipe ran between the fan shroud and the engine. Had to cut the shroud and the blades so they didnt hit. We measured and cut them all the same in an effort to stop it shaking like a washining machine with a towel stuck on one side...

It worked... not sure what will happen the first time he is stuck in traffic on one of our 37oC Canberra summer days but... I recon the temp gauge will get a workout...

You should not have to touch the fan blades, Just trim the shroud... remove the fan assy line up all your piping

with a lose fit , mark the shroud out from there..
