I know this post was awhile ago but thought id answer this in case anyone else stumbled on this topic trying to figure out the same problem.

The car is over boosting which is caused by the wastegate being stuck open. I replaced the wastegate and problem solved, although I did have a general service and a generic tune done at the same time.

Hope this helps anyone with the same problem

sounds pretty much like fouled plugs! the car will only stutter on full throttle! 3/4 throttle will show no signs!

Change the plugs and you'll be sorted!

a wastegate stuck open will cause laggy and less boost.
