Intercooler Hoses

Fitted a wog cooler a few weeks ago and on the way home tonight hose blew off. not only did it give me the fright of my life it also came off and blew the fog light out of the bar. smashed the bar and the fog light was so hot it melted the bar. what an eventvul night.

holy sh-t I put wog cooler on mine but made sure I put good clamps on they a used for wet exhaust on marine engines you can buy them from home hardware , enzed some exhaust shops and radiator shops.

Ran this cooler on my T with even the stock hose clamps and never had an issue like yours, even with my wog tune that's ment to peak out at 30psi

Only intercooler I have heard to have those issues is the ASE cooler as the bead just isn't big enough

Im hopefully putting a wog cooler in on the weekend,Which are the best clamps to get and is thr a certain size I need to get..

I use a clamp similar to that on my wog cooler, never had an issue with it coming off

I think I got the clamp from bursons...

what sizes do I need & how many?

I am guessing ill get the best 1z I can find.. and the 1z that SAMSXR6T posted looked like they r strong as.. but what are they called?

T-bolt clamps, available thru all hydraulic places (Pirtek, Enzed, etc) and decent auto shops.
