Hey I have a 03 xr6t ute with 47000 kms on the clock recenty when I drive and say stop at a set of lights it will just stall it wont even try to idle it will do it say 10 times in a row then it will go away for a week or so has this even happened 2 any1 else before any help appreciated thanks

Yes had this problem in the past,ford installed latest software & cleaned throttle body all is ok now!

Mine was donig a simular thing. I had the throttle body cleaned , no more stalling.

I had an XR8 that always stalled when it was hot & the AC was on. This went on for 2 years, replacing 2 throttle position sensors & God knows how many of the latest ECU updates.

Mate told me to buy some Throttle Body cleaner. Cleaned it out, ran like sh*t for a day, then no problems ever again.

Ford dealers don't believe cleaning the TB is part of a service.
