All the ones I have seen go where the intercooler sits. I gotta fit one before my NEW trans goes kaput again because of the dodgy radiators they have. I simply cut the corner out of the return (top) aluminium pipe where it turns from the radiator to run along side the engine. I chose there because I wanted it away from the turbo side of the engine, and I didn't want to put the trans cooler in front of the radiator/intercooler. Some guys put it in the top grille in front of the radiator, or lower intake in front of the intercooler (which would cool the transmission oil better, but at 100 + degrees I thought I'd avoid putting transmission oil there), some even put them under the car with there own electric fan. It's up to you really, this is just what I've done. That's where mine sits and I've got a much-larger-than-stock Monza/Wogcooler in there to boot. It's a tight fit, but it does fit.
