Guest Guests Posted 07/03/07 02:03 AM Share Posted 07/03/07 02:03 AM My new PaceMaker Comp headers, these should give me more top end and get me over 185rwkw, fitting tomorrow at doing a dyno run on Sat at C&V.

Guest Guests Posted 07/03/07 02:11 AM Share Posted 07/03/07 02:11 AM So I will have my "old" 4490 PaceMaker header off tomorrow up for sale, they are Ceramic coated and very good, they just hold me back from going to the next level. The 4490 headers are all rounders the 4495 are a top end unit and not a real good header for every day driving. Since I see a little track time Ive gone the 4495's.From what I can tell the 4490 headers cost over $400 retail and the coating costs over $200 a header.Im after $300 for my 4490. PM me if your up for it.

dansedgli Member 214 Member For: 20y 3m 16d Posted 07/03/07 02:32 AM Share Posted 07/03/07 02:32 AM that's a lot of effort for 1 or 2 extra kilowatts. I hope they give you a bigger gain than that!
Guest Guests Posted 07/03/07 02:42 AM Share Posted 07/03/07 02:42 AM (edited) These headers retail un-coated for $561, coating them would have cost me $852 all up.Im hoping for a lot more than one or two Kw's (about 10 more) but the dyno print out will tell the story and Ive been wrong before about these things.
