im currently running the new type of goodyear eagle f1, and id have to say they are one of the best tyres ive ever had...... even with all the power the ute still grips fairly well on the street, and great for handleing.

I'm currently using Hankook K104 all round.

I have 265/30/19 and 235/35/19,

so far I have noticed that they are good on cornering and wet but lateral grip is not the best when cold.

Sorry Cro, but Michies are so overrated. If I'm going to buy a Chinese or Thai tyre, I'm not going to pay a Michelin price for it. Maybe for a French Michie but definitely not a Chinese/Thai one. That's where a lot of Michelins are coming from these days and they are NOT as good as the French ones.

You are quite right (everything apart from the over rated statement).

The Pilot Sport 2's are the best, and they are made in France.

The next in line is the Pilot Preceda 2, which are made somewhere in Asia. These however aren't expensive @ $250 a pop they are quite cheap for kickarse performance levels.
