Shop around a little more mate, I reckon you can do much better. Talk to Paul Dehle at Denmac at Indro - tell him I sent you. Then tell him to send me a bottle of Rare Breed Turkey if you buy a car off him!!

This is pure dinosaur tech. A nice engine wrapped in a pure piece of sh*te body. Trailing edge at it's best. Cherokees, rate at the bottom of most reviews.

Nice looking car but I have always been dubious of the build quality and general reliability of Jeep. the electrical system is a nightmare in the last few modles but they may have fixed it now

Well I work for jeep and I assure you they still havent fixed there quality issues, nice cars to drive (new) but I wouldn't own one out of warranty or if I had to work on it myself

When I rang leaseplan about adding stuff they said u cant add stuff as it wasnt originally with the vehicle.. im guessing if u get it put in at the start it might be different though..

I bought a new Jeep a few years back-owned it 10 months.The thing tracked terribly, always wanted to turn left into the scrub at highway speed.On the wrong side of the road it tracked beautifully.The dealer couldn't fix it.

I hope they've got right hand drive sorted out now.I'd want one for the weekend before I signed up.Build quality wasn't all that good either.

Yea nice looking machine though and what a powerplant.

..........turbo Territory would be the other thing I'd look at.

My olds bought a V8 Grand Cherokee each a few years back. They are awful to drive, bits keep falling off and once they got bast 60000ks they got hard to start. Sound good, but that's about it. I'm 6'4" and hate driving them. The seats don't go back far enough, the wander all over the road and the console is obviously set-out for left hand drive because you have to lean over to see which switch or button you need.

Now, they can't give em away. They just sold one for $15k (worse depreciation than a Falcon considdering it was purchased for over $60k 4 years ago).

Then again, the old man replaced the Heep with a VW Pash*t. What a peice of that is. Bad brakes, rear suspension rattles, steering squeel and that gearbox is rediculous to the point of being dangerous.
