Hi everyone,

I'm getting my car lowered on Thursday at Wheelworx for $400...

I've just gotten 19s and want it lowered enough so it looks good, but won't be a pain to drive (eg constantly scratching at every little bump or ditch in the road).

How many mm's is good to lower it - the guys at Wheelworx told me about 35mm?

Thanks to anyone who replies :spoton:

Cheers

Lauren

Let me be the first to suggest King Springs.

Front: KFFL-57

Rear: KFRL-68SSL

Lowers the front approximately 15mm and the rear approximately 35mm for a level sill.

Still nice and practical to drive.

In general what type of springs do they use & how much extra would it cost for King Springs as I'm assuming they wouldn't be the standard springs used????

it would be best to ring them and find out..

my guess is they will either be using king springs or lovells, in which case it wont sit to low..

for that price they wont be heating and compressing your stock springs so you've got nothing to worry about :spoton:

If u want a nice level sill look and you want it to sit nice on your 19's go the lovells. Ive got LJ Torana rear coils and AU Falcon Super lows in mine. Sits awesome and doesnt handle to bad.

Hey guys, had it lowered this morning - 25mm rear & 20mm front King Springs super lows.

But I don't see much of a difference??????

The guys said it takes like a week to settle before I'll see a real difference.

Here are some pics - let me know what you think.
