October 8, 200620 yr #1 Has anyone looked into upgrading their BA front brakes for the BF brakes? Is it just calipers, rotors & pads or is the main stub also different?I'm due for rotors & pads so it might make for a cheap upgrade in size (albeit not a huge jump)
October 8, 200620 yr #2 I am sure that Chopper has fitted BF fronts to his Mk 1 sedan, calipers and rotors only need to be changed, he got them as a take off from a Production Race car, he seems pretty happy with them for not too much money.
October 8, 200620 yr #3 ill have a set of BF front rotors and calipers for sale shortly after upgrading to brembos.. they seem quite good for an oem brake though... done 5000kms with them..
October 9, 200620 yr #4 I've done this to my BA. Just bolt the BF caliper and disc on. I also used the BF brake hose which bolts onto the caliper. Cannot remember if the BA brake hose is suitable.
