They are not your regular "flash for cash" type cameras. And yes the cops do arrive there very quickly - it seems there is always a cop car within cooee of the track.

Its a live feed to the local copper shop. Before they respond to the residents complinats they have a squiz at the camera but no one sits there watcing it all day.
