Hi everyone just wanted to now do ford only put oil into the gearboxs when they services them or do they put lube aswell?

As I have had my gears crunching at the end of the gear with my cluth fully engaged (in 3rd mostly). I took it in for them to have a look at and they claimed there was no problem and sure enough when I drove it when I pick it up it drives fine, but it was stuffed before.

What do you think they have done, any ideas of what I can do?

You will probably find that they changed the clutch fluid! take the lid off the resevoir and see if it is clean,if it is that is what they did. If the clutch fluid is dirty it does not work very well. Mal

Yer I think they may have change the oil in my gearbox or at least topped it up but I think it will probably only be a temporary fix I was driving it again today and could feel some faint signs of it coming back.

Thanks for the suggestions
