11/08/06 08:40 AM11/08/06 08:40 AM #2 OK this is quite simple.Remove the trim surrounding the gear stick by just pulling it up.Locate 2 phillips heads screws retaining the 2 side trim panels which run on each side of the ICC, remove screws and trim.Remove tissue holder by lifting slightly up and pulling towards youRemove triangular panel above ICC, but lifting edge closest to windscreen carefully with a small screwdriver, until the clips disengage, remove panel.Remove phillips head screw found under the removed panel.Locate and disconnect 4 connectors under the ICC, left to right, and disconnect antenna connector as well .On each side of the ICC you will see 2 bolts with an 8 mm hex head. Remove all 4 of these bolts.Carefully pull the ICC towards you. There are 2 clips at the top of the ICC fascia, and once these let go, the ICC can be lifted out.The BEM is located underneath the ICC, and you will need to disconnect 1 additional connector, and unscrew 4 phillips head screws to get the BEM out.If you have Premium Audio with colour TFT screen, you will have to unscrew an additional 2 screws which hold the accessory connector for external video input.Installation is above in reverse.Hope this helps
