Lower Than Ssl?

I already have kingsprings SSL in the rear of my T but want to go lower. Aside from cutting the springs, which I dont want to do, how have others lowered their T further??

Bingo... I compressed my Kings SL's a further 2 inches and my XT now sits 105mm lower than standard.. looks good with 20's

But be careful.. the XR kit is a little lower than the XT lips so u will have dramas with driveways and speed humps if u go much lower..

Its such a pitty that the way work is being done, and I aint out here to bag any1s idea of work or car but making a genral comment. Compressing springs involves heating them up and as any engineer knows heating sprung steel is a so why do so many reputable suspension shops practice this:??? Ohhh and your car isnt legal or insured with compressed springs either. But when you can get them sitting the right height it does make the car look great

u can get King spring SSSL's.. they're also called Super-Ultra Lows.

obviously they are next-step lower than the SSL's you have.

dont you guys run into trouble with the car sitting on bump stops by going that low?

cant say I do... its still a fairly stiff but comfortable ride... I only hit the bump stops if I hit a massive bump at speed

Is there different levels of compression? I probably only want another 25-30mm as it is already low. I dont think a regular suspension shop can do this, would I need to go to a springworks?

As far as the kingspring SSSL, im sure they are only available for holdens at the moment. My best mate owns a suspension and exhaust workshop and we cant find a listing for these springs to suit falcons. He puts alot of SSSL in holdens, and it really dumps them.
