What I mean is if I put the trip computer over to instant values for fuel consumption, the car will show up to 78L per 100km when accelerating moderately and while cruising show around 19L per 100km.When the car does this, my power seems to drop considerably also.Today, I put $10 worth of fuel in the car as the tank was down to 18k to empty (I am running the tank low as I am going to empty the tank on the weekend and clean it out). When I drove off, the needle didn't move and the trip computer showed 17k to empty.Got a bit worried so stopped in and got another $10 worth of gas. By this time, the DTE was at 14k. WTF?I kept driving and over about a 5 minute period, the fuel guage went up to just under 1/4 of a tank. The DTE took around 20 minutes to go up and is still sitting on only 33k DTE?????? WTF again!Has anyone had this occur before?I wonder if it has to do with a speed sensor problem getting data to the ECU for the trip computer?Does anyone know if the speed sensor for the spedo and trip computer are taken from the same point, or is one from the wheels and one from the gearbox?I will keep you informed on the outcome after the fuel clean out this weekend.Rob.

Don't think it's anything to worry about.
