I know there are shrouds in place however, I would expect that in heavy rain, there would be some spray from the wheels etc getting up into there. I wouldn't expect it to be entirely waterproof. A bit of spray is not going to matter as it will be captured by the filter, my concern was the filter getting full of crap from spray rather than just filtering the crap out of the normally relatively clean and dry air. What is your experience with this?
