Trollyjack + 4 jack stands, socket set and a set of twin claw spring compressors.

Fronts - Around 2 hours. - Hardest part is compressing the springs if you dont have a rattlegun..

Rears - 20 mins. - These can be done by using the jack to lower down the rear suspension arm, then the spring can be taken straight out and replaced.

If you do do it yourself, make sure you take note of how your front springs are sitting.

XR6T8_U - You dont need any special tools specific to a BA.
