If you haven't edited your car then I would not recommend installing the dump piep and cat just yet.

The additional flow will bring boost on earlier and will more than likely give you boost peaks which will trigger an overboost limp mode within the standard software.

An edited car will not have this issue as a good custom tune will allow for the changes. :gooff:

I don't know. My mate owns an exhaust shop in Adelaide, and just said he would make me something special..... So I guess I'll wait and see what rocks up.

Should be here by the end of the week..

What's the go people, Will boost pressure change much after changing Dump and to the Metalcat? Might be a little while before I can get a tune that's all..

remove the centre muff at the same time if not already done :gooff:

If in my T I get (on top of what I have):

valve springs

hi flo cat

bigger dump pipe

bigger IC

retune

Then what RWKW am I going to be looking at AND at what further point will the rest of my stock exhaust system become a bottleneck?

If you do a bit of a search on my previous posts, I put up alot of info including dyno sheets on this topic.

On a standard car, going to a 3" single system and changing the cat saw an increase of about 13rwkw....the cat is the major restriction.

3" system and hi flow cat will be a restriction when you get to 270kw, at this stage I had to change to a 3.5" system.

if you want more info, pm me and ill send you a link.
