Normally they will deflate and rotate the tyre around the rim a bit and then re-balance.Dont settle for shoddy service - tyres arnt a cheap thing.Check your wheel nuts are tight, and the tyre pressures are high enough as well, probably isnt this - but no harm in checking.

But definately don't settle for a poor job, it is your hard earned after all!Chooka
