I've had a couple of issues and FIST have been right onto it each time - no fault of theirs each time either and no real obligation to go out of their way, but they've done so anyway. It seems Simon has the same philisophy - he's gone out of his way to make sure there's a good outcome for all.Needless to say, I'm very impressed.

Felt like it was running on 4 cyls and was essentially undriveable.
