Well, its a great long distance hauler, plenty of space, decent sound system ( even without Premium sound) awesome cruise control ( one of the best ive encountered) comfy seats and really good fuel economy ( 9.9L per 100ks going up & 9.6L per 100ks coming home ) Washed it 3 times up there, Phantom is a top colour but with all the dust around made it look dirtier than it really was. Should of picked white! All in all very happy! Link to comment https://www.fordxr6turbo.com/forum/topic/23477-first-trip-in-the-new-car/ Share on other sites

I do love the colour, just a bit more maintainance involved in keep it looking good! I was pleased with the economy, expected alot worse even taking into account a few plays with my mates VX2 Clubsport along the way! Econ wise, the Clubsport returned 10.0 on the way up & 9.5 on the was home. Gavin yeah its a XR6t, air con on pretty much the whole way there & back, loaded down with luggage etc.....
