<{POST_SNAPBACK}>

I'm pretty sure start time is 7.30am. I would advise being there by 7am though just to be sure.

Did we confirm a time and place for Gold Coasters yet or what? Last thing I read was 7am at Movie World, but no confirmation.

I would think 6.30am would be safer (to cater for all those slackers who are always running behind schedule).

So what's it gunna be guys?

Hey Al..

Just remember this place shuts their gates and can only be opened by instructors so arriving half an hour early could be a pointless exercise and result in people just standing around for 30 minutes.

I think the powers that be should make the call to what time the group need be there

Also I did the trip on the weekend and it is pretty much 30 minutes from helensvale... so I'm keen either way.

But Al, as your nearly always late, perhaps you should set yourself a goal of being at movie world at 6:30am to arrive late at 7am :P

Can I come as a spectator for a while would love to see how the event goes, prepare myself for the next one. I could not join in on this one as I have things one in the arvo. If so let me know and I'll meet at Movie World as well.

Hey Ian are you still going to watch or not?

Oh Gaven residents don't forget to vote sometime.

Cheers,

Heath.

Guys, one other thing.

Those of us that don't have mudflaps should think about this.............

Go and purchase some clear contact and layer your rear apron where the wheels spray rubbish. If there is any grit on the surface (I.e. rocks) they could be hitting there at a fair rate of knots and this will provide some protection against damage. It won't look the best but better than damage.

Guys that are coming and planning on leaving mid way - might want to check to ensure that you can actually get out.

As I said, they shut the gates, and I remember seeing some Australia post trucks that had been at the LVMA stuck waiting for a while until another course finished before they were let out.

YEP.

7.30 at the gate.

All please wait at the gate so everyone can go in together.

Latecomers will be locked out and Macka will up the stock in his beer fridge. :+1:

Heath,

You can spectate but you have to arrive with everyone else. Also, you can probably only get out at midday because the gates are generally kept lockked during the day.

Call me if you need to confirm. 0437 554 909.

Mack.
