Rear Door Trim Difference?

Hi,

Does any one know if there is a difference between non electric window rear doors and electric window doors on a BA. Other than the obvious that the non one has no electric regulator. Because I know the trims are different but are they interchangable. And is the positioning of the regulators the same.

Basically I want to convert my manual rear windows to electric. And I know the wiring is present (need to purchase door wiring though), and would it be a case of removing old manual regulator , installing new regulator , install new wiring, and install electric trims.

any help would be appreciated.

Hey there when I was looking at buying a xr6 I asked my local ford dealer for the prices for parts which they said only are $1420.00... They also said that you have to change rear door trims, regulators and switches. Well I hope that was a bit of help.

They are, or were a $280 factory option when parents bought their BA back in 03.

The factory option cost $470. But I didnt have the option as I didnt buy the car new.
