Ok, going to go with a Kart Day this time. The Track Day boys can organise that themselves I think.

I'll get the info from the Kart place and we'll sort out the date ... within the next couple of weeks is my plan.

This is an event for 7 to 20 people over a two hour period.

(Minimum 10 on weekends)

Sample Itinerary

• Official welcome and registration

• Driver training and safety briefing

• Warm up

• Heats 1 and Heat 2

• Grand Final

• Presentation of Awards

(Select from a wide range of trophies, at

additional cost)

The Event Cost

$130 (GST Inc) Per Person Weekdays after 4pm Friday weekend rates apply.

$140 (GST Inc) Per Person Weekends <- This is us!

CONDITIONS

• A non-refundable deposit of $500 (Mini Grand Prix) and $300 (Reduced Mini Grand Prix) is to be paid when you make a booking to confirm your time. Final payment is to be made on the day of racing. If you book a certain number of people the deposit will not be refunded if they cancel or do not turn up. You must pay for the number of people you book for, including the racing and the catering. If you wish to be invoiced, please notify Eastern Creek customer relations host prior to the event.

• Bookings shall be made at least 1 month in advance to guarantee the date you wish to hold your event.

... so we need to start thinking about dates (Sundays) in about 1 month from now.

There are 3 possible dates: Oct 9th, 16th, 23rd.

Thanks for that ... dates at this stage are very "flexible" ... up to the masses when we do it. I'd just prefer sooner rather than later. :w00t:

So really, any Sunday from now til XMas is a possibility.
