I had 250rwkw with Xede, fuel pump and standard injectors.

Which fuel pump are you running?

No sure on the model number, but it is a Bosch in-line fuel pump and according to Chiptorque, it's rated at 700hp.

I had the std injectors drilled and have not had a problem. 1st tune was 368rwhp and it ran like a dream. Latest tune is 421rwhp and is smoother again.

Fuel injector type and size don't effect fuel economy. AF ratio's, rpm and rwhp do!
