Holy Crap this thing moved!!

No it wasnt a car...

It was Kingda Ka. The worlds tallest and fastest roller coaster here in New Jersey at Six Flags Great Adventure. More info on it HERE.

It launches you from 0-205km/h in 3.5 seconds like I said in the title from the area to the right of the station covered by all those bushes and trees, then the momentum climbs that big arch... Then you freefall back down, over that small raise then on the brakes to be back in the station... AWESOME RIDE!

If anyone of you are ever in the New York/New Jersey area. You must go here and ride this thing!

Those videos are pretty good to show it... but obviously you cant feel the G Forces...

I am still pumped over it and it was nearly 2 hrs ago...

Yeah, just the one lap... although. On rare occations you dont make it to the top on first run and you free fall back and they launch you again Didn't happen today though.

It is in Six Flags Great Adventure theme park, which is just like your DreamWorld on the gold coast. Entry is expensive but there is always coupons around... ie: at the moment bring a coke can (or sprite etc) and it is buy one get one free. So worked out to about US$25 each for myself and SWMBO. Not bad. Considering there is 6 or more coasters and heaps of other rides within the park.
