January 21, 200521 yr #1 One fix that I have heard of for this is by simply putting an extra earth cable/lead direct from the battery to the the engine. I know this has worked for at least one member on this forum who had stalling issues! Maybe it could work for others as well?
January 23, 200521 yr #2 I had this problem bad when my car was new, later I had one of those HOT Earth products installed (earthed the donk in 5 places). The stalling was about the same.Warrning never, ever buy one of this HOT Earthing kits (SUN Products Japan) they may look the bussiness and the claims are unbeliveable and that's because this product is a waste of time and money. If anyone sees the little rice eating snake oil salesman at the next All Ford Day at Sydney please give him a back hander from me.

January 24, 200521 yr #4 Our car went back to the dealer today and the dealer told dad that the current settings were causing the throttle body to carbonise which caused the stalling. So I'm pretty sure they've replaced the throttle body. I'll see in about an hour when he gets hom and let you guys know.
January 24, 200521 yr #5 Take the inlet hose going into the throttle body off then open up the butterfly in the throttle body and stick in the base of a screwdriver so the butterfly stays open get a clean rag spray the throttle body and the rag with carby cleaner and clean the throttle body this will fix your stalling issue and idle problem if you have anyCYA JEFF
