getuted Member 34 Member For: 15y 10m 27d Gender: Male Location: brisbane Posted 06/01/12 06:44 AM Share Posted 06/01/12 06:44 AM I've been told that a car that surges is usually running lean, I put my surging down to the car going into closed loop mode and leaning the mix back which is what they suppose to do when coasting or cruising to get better mileage, mine also surges around 2000-2200 rpm which when cruising in 6th gear is around 100-110 " highway speed" kinda makes sense?
