Hi All

I was wondering if anyone in Perth has had a Unichip (I'm sure there is) or Xede (not sure about this) installed. I'd love to hear about where you had it done and your experiences as this is something I'd like to do in the near future.

I think there's 2 APS workshops in town and 1 Xede distributor, so any info would be welcome

Thanks

Mark

Welcome to the Forums, I hope you enjoy.

I wont go into the pro's and con's of each, far to many threads on that allready, but you are on the right track.

the most important part is to have an installer/tuner that you can trust, someone who has done work on this type of car before, and can offer back-up and geuine advise, not just take your money.

there are dozens of mambers here with the mods you are looking at done to thier cars and will be happy to answer your questions,

Find a tuner who has the runs on the board, if you cant find one, depending upon how far you are going to go with your car, (and you should know that before you start) find a supplier that will help you through the process as you and your tuner learn about your mods.

Best of luck, ask questions and work out how far you want to go with your car before you start, you will save money by not doubling up on under spec items along the way.

Do it once, do it right, unless you both enjoyed it, then do it as many times as she will let you.
