Hey guys, just read an article today that indicates Shell have ceased their long term sponsership deal with DJR. Apparently it was the longest Australian motorsport sponsorship on record.

So who will sponser DJR in 05? :spoton:

Will try to find the article electronically so I can post it up. :spoton:

I dont think Dick should be too worried, better electrical will probably sponsor him, they sponsor everything else.

Seriously though, I wonder what team they will spend there sponsorship money with, I doubt they will get out of the sport all together, this might also bring some light to the rumors of DJR switching to holden.

Dazza.

it was interesting hearing the panelbeaters discuss sponsorship last night.

Brad Jones would not confirm or deny that Ozemail was leaving him and inturn would not confirm or deny that Virgin will be his new sponsor.

I guess we will have to wait and see what happens between now and 2005.

Maybe Mark Larkham can make a comeback as a fulltime driver and pickup the Virgin sponsorship - after all.... he's never won a race!
