For those of us who don't know diddly squat about dynos ( or am I the only one ? )....what does this tell us and what is the process involved ?

Make it simple boys....we lost the Tri-Nations and I am in no mood for heavy reading.

My non-Technical understanding is the dyno will test the power output of your vehicle at the wheels (I am sure somebody can provide a better explanation)...

I am interested in my standard figure before I start any mods ...

and curious what this MRC are doing to T's ... :pinch:

Cheers, Jason.

Your right Jason.

The car is put on the dyno which will give a reading of power output at the wheels in hp or kw. This is an excellent indication as Jason said of before and after mods to see what you have gained for your money spent.

Dyno's are also used as a tuning tool.

Thought we would have had a better response for this day. If this doesnt go ahead all are welcome at the dyno day on the 2nd October which is combined with a heap of other car clubs.

I'd be interested, but only if I can get on the dyno in the morning (have to play cricket in the afternoon).
