THE TRUCK DRIVER !!!

Complain when you pull up in front of them because it takes longer for them to brake.....and yet they will happily sit right on your arse while doing 100+ on the Freeway  ( suddenly they don't have a concern with their braking ability )

Hog the right hand lane and when approaching a multi-lane roundabout...ensure that no cars can pass them before, during, or after the roundabout.

Except the truck driver thing. Very rarely see a truck driver driving badly. Taxi drivers think the road rules apply to other people only.

Falchoon...venture out on the M2....you'll be amazed at the speed and dangerous manner that "some" truck drivers operate on this road. They appear to race each other and constantly sit on anyone's backside who doesn't get out of their way.

I think that generally truck drivers are ok. Whats got me f*cked is why they have to go 3 abreast up hills on freeways and block the whole bloody road. I think it should be illegal for trucks to go into the 3rd (fast) lane on freeways. I understand they need to overtake and stuff but keep to the left 2 lanes.

I think truckies are good drivers, except when they change lanes without looking!!

Cant dissagree, that's too funny, cos its absolutely true.

But I must say my worst experiences on the road have been with Asians, they dont pay attention to nobody and just drive at any speed or any part of the road they please.

But what really gets to me is how many times when running late or in a hurry you get that dickhead in front of you doing 30-40km under the speed limit, as if to hold you up on purpose!

You must consider that a hell of a lot of people holding drivers licenses in Australia have never driven a motor vehicle prior to emigrating here.

The fastest thing they had been on before may have been a camel, horse, rickshaw, junk, bicycle or shanks pony.

It is an inescapable fact that migrants do not grow up in a car culture. The RTA make them undergo driving tests with someone who speaks the same language...English is not a prerequisite. This is why a lot cannot even understand a word you say (except when it comes to how much the fine is)

I will never apologise for what happens in the real world as opposed to the fantasy (ideological) world.

It has also been shown that different physiologiocal characteristics of different races affect peripheral vision. This is one of the main reasons that people with almond shaped eyes (Asians mostly) are involved in a high number of side on collisions.
