Obviously Ford didn't build them, I rolled my own. Had a pickie up a little while ago.

339 kph measured by GPS................F 40 Ferrari..............880 Horsepower...............a very scary drive

230 in the T, just to test the speed limiter... (last year, quiet private country road) )

220 in the 86 Toyota Supra, on the way home from Mallala ( back in '86 )

flat chat 190kph in a four cylinder clapped out Opel wagon on the Autobahn from Dusseldorf to the dutch border in '97, only to be overtaken by many Porsches, Mercs and Beemers doing well over 250.

140 mph (224 kph) in my cousin's worked XBGT (as a passenger) on the down hill run into Blanchetown....

Overtaking several cars..... sitting in the right lane with NO oncoming traffic, coming up to pass several cars held up by slower moving semi, when an old codger in a Morris Minor moves into our lane without checking his mirror.

we do some silly things, especially when young. There is a sense of being immortal when one is young. Unfortunately, it takes a serious crash for some, to get the message.

These days, I stick to high speed runs on the track.

At least if you lose control, there's fewer things to hit...

Yeah it was an aps car and its in a magazine, the car was fitted with an aps kit
