O.k for those that havent seen the current issue of Motor Magazines there are 3 comodoores on the cover the one in red the coupe has the bonnet vents that will suit our T to a T.They are low profile dont stick above the bonnet and best of all

can be placed along the crease line on the bonnet sorry for th small pic but you really need to see the magazinene xt time your in the newsagent as I couldnt hjustify buying a magazine with no fords in it. Only one prob where do I get the vents from.

A low profile celica type scoop in the middle might even complete it what do u think?

The EL vents......Mmmm, that would look good. The same vents were on a fully optioned EL XR6 I came that close to signing on the dotted line for.

GIMLI could do with some, what the hell, it's money I don't have as always...lol.

I was thinking exactly the same thing when I read that article in MOTOR.

I think they look good. They would need to be mounted towards the rear of the bonnet for any real "purposeful" use. Mounted where they are on the red Late model camira would not really aid under bonnet airflow as such.

If they were mounted further back, they would do a lot better job as the air would flow in under the front of the bonnet, over the engine, and out out the rear via the vents. Im just not sure how the vents would look sitting towards the rear of the bonnet as the crease in the bonnet decreases the further back you go...
