Tyr using a UBD - its not hard! once on the gateway, take the Wynnum Rd exit and that will more or less take you straight there (after you take a right at a 'Y' intersection with a roundabout that is 5km after the exit).

Lumpy is from woop woop Alex & wouldn't own a Brissy UBD

Umm, which BP are you talking about? It's the BP, cnr. of Wynnum and Manly Rd's, not the one further down.

Brendan, it's easy dude.....Say you are coming from the Northside of Brisbane along the Gateway Arterial. Take the Wynnum Rd exit which is the 2nd exit past the toll plaza on the other side of the bridge.

Turn left onto Wynnum Rd and follow it for approx. 2kms (or at the 3rd set of lights), and you will see it right in front of you. You can't miss it. It's not a "Y" intersection, more like a cross intersection, right before the 3rd set of lights, Wynnum Road turns off to the left but you're better off continuing straight. Simply turn left into the BP after crossing the 3rd intersection and we will be in the carpark where Ian Diffen Tyres, Fast & Furious and Bryan Byrt Ford are.

Yep, Count Barra in :spoton:

Will be 'legal' by that weekend, and knowing the road as well as I do, will be keen on throwing the ute through it;s paces at every moment possible... :w00t2:

well if your gonna throw your ute through it's paces bring some spare undies and keep up with the F.I.S.T boys again. :msm:

Yeah, Yeah, I know the exit and Wynnum fairly well, mums family have lived Bayside for 50+ years. It's just getting ON to the Gateway that will be my trouble, shall I ring somebody once I round the Gabba after passing the Cauldron? It's the whole being Northside thing that worries me...and traffic lights, god damn I hate/am oblivious to them.

Is this BP just past the sports fields and some huge Shopping Centre?Mental flashbacks are telling me it is...

and pretty colours...lots of pretty clours....I can see the music.....and SPIDERS!!!!!SPIDERS everywhere....AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!

:spoton: heh, sorry lads, not all flashbacks are good....

I hope I can make it. Will have to see if dad can come, or if jess can too. no dad or jess = no car :spoton:

Apparently I *may* have just snavelled a co-pilot for the weekend. She is a Brisbane sider from way back (Hey, I feel sorry for her) and knows the northside fairly well apparently. Though I will probably take you up on your offer TAB, just in case, you know how women are with their directions...

I just hope I can hold up well enough after the opening and reception, that's going to be one late night.

One question though. What time will this be ending? I'll either be heading home or to the Pines depending on the final time I just have to plan ahead.

Now for the bad news, on Sunday Dad is heading up to Toowoombaa, in his car (XR8), so it's looks like I'll be keeping a respectable distance in my "Fart in a Drain Pipe" Pintara, if that's OK?

I have snagged on my first dilema. I have two girls that want to come with me, but I have a ute and I sure as hell ain't riding in the tray!

Now who to bring? I don't want to be mean to one but I want both! maybe I can convince one to sit in the back.
