at startup what should the afr be reading ? I tapped mine to grey wire and its sitting on rich even when reving. Do I have a problem ?

yeh I didnt expect to get so much out of it but was realy happy with it ill problyleave it like that and then go get a t nxt year once of my p's my next step is the sound setup.
