Ok I have read most of the literature on this subject and I am still confused on which way to go. You read one thing that says you have to use a BOV then you read another saying that they are not needed at all. What I would like to know from you guys' n gals who is using a BOV and why, also who is not using one and why. I know that has been a lot of threads on this however none of them really come to a conclusion on what is the better set up and why. I don't want this to turn into a sh!t fight I just want members opinions on what set up they have and why.

Thanks mate The brute ute set up is a form of King Springs, they are just adjusted for racing/handling, I still have to do the shocks in mine and when I do it will be bilsteins all the way

Why what power are you running??? What power are you planning??? If you are planning on injectors etc I assume you are still stock.

Yeah sorry mate I re read your post and edited mine to suit. Don't worry about a cooler unless you are chasing big numbers, the standard ones are fine until around 320rwkw. Try C&V Performance or Autotech Engineering in Sydney.

Both the manual and the auto are capable of taking 350rwkw+

For 2k - 2.5k go for a custom tune and a set of injectors, that will comfortably see you to 280 - 300rwkw. Dont worry about your clutch it will be fine.

Sorry mate I cant agree with that at all, if you have the right set up they handle like they are on rails, I have the brute ute set up in mine and its awesome. See attached pics for how she sits

Brute Ute Racing Suspension, Pole Position Tri Pod & XForce gauges, AWC Custom Made Hard Cover with BF Carbon Fiber Wing, AWC Fiberglass Drift Bonnet, AWC Carbon Fiber Airbox & Cold Air Intake and BF GT 19 inch Wheels (I know there is more but that's all I can think of at the moment lol). I couldn't agree more, I have the same set up with exhaust mods and it is sensational, one of the best coolers on the market with out a doubt.

I purchased one of the Herrod Stealth's and only ran the tunes that came with it for a week, as stated before get the box as cheap as you can from who ever you can and get it custom tuned to your car, you will not be disappointed.
